Rhonda’s Spicy Mango Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer.
- Stir frequently for 45 minutes until thick.
- Cool and pour into sterilized jars.
Notes
This chutney pairs perfectly with grilled meat, sandwiches, or cheese platters. Store in a cool dry place after opening.
